Technical Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring project deliverables are met with high quality and on time.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, architecture, and design.
• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using modern technologies.
• Conduct code reviews, establish best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges, bottlenecks, and risks.
• Drive the adoption of new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve processes.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business goals.

Preferred candidate profile

• 6+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in technologies such as .Net, ASP.Net MVC, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server, and REST APIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and modern software development practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead development teams.
• Strong understanding of system design, architecture, and integration patterns.
