Praja is on a mission to digitize Bharat. While political leaders are a key segment, we are building a platform that serves every citizen. Our flagship product, Praja Premium, empowers leaders with high-impact digital tools for community engagement. As we scale, were looking for Relationship Managers (RMs) to help users experience the full value of Praja Premium. As an RM, your primary responsibility is to convert trial users into paying subscribers by guiding them through the Praja Premium onboarding process. You'll engage with potential customers, provide product demos, and ensure users activate their premium experience.

This is a high-touch, outbound sales & success role requiring strong communication in regional Telugu Language, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Proactive Outbound Sales:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential customers, effectively pitching Praja's monthly & annual premium subscription.
  • Conduct product demos, showing how to create & share digital posters.
  • Ensure users download their first poster & share it in their WhatsApp groups.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of the subscription, addressing customer needs and concerns.

Political Leader Engagement:

  • Initiate and maintain conversations with political leaders, demonstrating a deep understanding of Praja's platform.
  • Explain the unique features and benefits of Praja, showcasing its potential to enhance communication and engagement with their constituents.
  • Collect necessary political profile of customer like their role, political circle, leaders, pictures to complete the account set up

Lead Conversion and Subscription Acquisition:

  • Efficiently and effectively convert qualified leads into paying subscribers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and 1 support.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Sales Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Share best practices and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Sales Record Management:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, sales, and customer interactions in the company database.
  • Capture and document valuable customer feedback and insights to improve sales processes.


Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ Experience in sales voice process (preferably digital products) with proven track record of performance
  • Demonstrated Political Awareness: Good understanding of local political dynamics, providing a distinct advantage in engaging with key stakeholders.
  • Rapid adaptability: Ability to quickly acquire and articulate comprehensive knowledge of Praja's platform and subscription services.
  • Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Proficient in verbal and written communication, with a proven ability to build rapport and engage effectively with diverse clients.
  • Effective Negotiation and Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to navigate objections, resolve customer concerns, and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain meticulous records.
  • Fluency in Telugu: Must possess native or near-native fluency in Telugu, enabling seamless communication with Telugu-speaking clients.

Job Location:

Hyderabad, Telangana (On-site & Work from home option available subjected to terms of the company)


Shifts & Salary

  • Shifts between 10 AM - 7 PM (8+1 hours)
  • Rotational week off (1 week off/week)
  • 6 days working
  • CTC: 3-3.5 lacs
  • Additional: Performance based Incentives and Over Time availability (Conditional)
  • Notice: 30 days
