Role & responsibilities
a) Well versed with Internal & External Audits.
b) Compliance Audit under various labour laws.
c) Develop a detailed audit report (Monthly - Qrly & Yearly).
d) Maintaning Legal Register and its regular compliance. Unio Management / Exposer of handling union / Indusrial disputes and related documentations, attendance in the court. a) Administer EPF accounts, ensuring timely and accurate submission of monthly contributions.
b) Process EPF withdrawals, transfers, and claims for employees.
c) Ensure compliance with the Employees' Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952.
d) Maintain up-to-date records for all EPF-related activities and assist employees with queries regarding their EPF balances. a) Oversee ESIC portfolio and ensure timely payment of contributions for eligible employees.
b) Assist in resolving employee queries related to ESIC benefits and claims.
c) Ensure compliance with the Employees' State Insurance Act and ensure timely updates and reporting. a) Calculate and manage gratuity payments as per the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, upon employee separation.
b) Maintain records of employees eligible for gratuity and ensure timely disbursal. a) Track employees' leave balances and manage leave encashment requests.
b) Ensure accurate calculation of leave encashment for eligible employees as per company policy. Oversee the administration of employee loan and advance programs, including eligibility checks, disbursement, and recovery processes. a) Prepare regular HR reports on EPF, ESIC, gratuity, leave encashment, and loans/advances for management review.
b) Maintain records and documentation for all HR-related transactions in compliance with statutory guidelines. a) Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives such as team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
b) Organize events such as festivals, workshops, and seminars aimed at boosting morale and building team spirit. Support the HR department in preparing and organizing documents for internal and external HR audits, ensuring that records and processes comply with company policies and legal requirements. Handle end-to-end recruitment for all grade levels, from entry-level positions to senior management roles. A) All employees personnel files pending documentation / updation.
B) The process of changing and digitalizing existing HR Processes / Employees Personnel Files / Uploading in HRMS.
C) Digital Transformation remains a top priority for companies nowadays. A) Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (digital and physical), including personal information, job history, and performance records.
B) Oversee day-to-day housekeeping activities within the plant, ensuring that the premises are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
C) Coordinate with the housekeeping staff and vendors to ensure regular cleaning of common areas, restrooms, production floors, and other critical areas.
Preferred candidate profile
BE-Mechanical + MBA - HR "OR"
B.Sc + MBA - HR "OR"
BE-Mechanical + LLB/ MSW / MLS "OR:
B.Sc + LLB/ MSW/MLS
Minimum 7 Yrs of relavant experience
a) Experience in HR operations, particularly in managing employee benefits and statutory compliance (EPF, ESIC, gratuity, leave encashment, etc.).
b) Knowledge of labor laws and statutory requirements.
