Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Overview:

The Senior Salesforce Developer will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet client needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, lead development efforts, and mentor junior developers. Your expertise in Salesforce development best practices and new technologies will drive success in complex implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices in Salesforce development.
• Customize and configure Salesforce environments, ensuring alignment with client needs, data integrity, and security.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.
• Participate in code reviews and continuously enhance development processes and standards.
• Stay up to date with Salesforces latest features, technologies, and best practices to recommend and implement improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing high-quality support to clients and end-users.

Great to Have:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification preferred.
• Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, Process Builder, and security settings.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration, and deployment tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
