Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through effective marketing strategies, lead generation, and client engagement.
  
• Manage existing clients' projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions that meet customers' needs.
  
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, provide technical support, and resolve issues related to industrial projects (PEB/PMC).
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards for construction management documentation.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-12 years of experience in Business Development & Marketing or Industrial Projects (PEB/PMC) with a degree in B.Tech/B.E. Civil or Electrical.
  
• Strong understanding of PEB/PMC concepts and ability to apply knowledge effectively in real-world scenarios.
  
• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  
• Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and growing revenue streams.
