Implement strategies to generate demand, working closely with the center for innovation/demand generation center to ensure efficient outcomes as per plan.
Engage with customers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to build strong, positive relationships that support our business objectives.
Collaborate on marketing plans and carry out campaigns that promote awareness and growth while strictly adhering to our brand standards.
Work across functions to coordinate efforts and achieve shared goals, promoting an inclusive and collaborative environment.
Forecast sales funnel for the assigned area and work with team and channel partners to monitor and grow business.
Lead business development initiatives to improve market share in Bio cluster and startup accounts.
Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitors in the Startup ecosystem and industry to provide regular updates on the competition.
Requirements:
Should have sales and business development experience with a proven track record, with 5+ years of experience in life science/ Biotechnology/Diagnostics.
Should have a Bachelor's in Biotechnology/life science with an MBA or Post-Graduate /Master's in Life science / Biotechnology. Business qualification is an added advantage.
Analytical mind with a strong problem-solving skill.
Have good interpersonal communication and collaborative skills.
Ability to express ideas and strategies clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
