• Coordinate the connection between various internal functions and stakeholders to ensure a smooth Order Lifecycle Process.
• Track and optimize the timely completion of Order Obligations to improve collections and reduce DSO.
• Act as a champion for continuous process improvisation, coordinating between internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Create standard work procedures around Pre-inspection Report (PIR), site readiness, and related coordination with customers and internal teams to facilitate smoother execution and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance commercial productivity by streamlining internal processes and removing Muda (waste) from the Sales Process.

• Proven experience in project management, specifically in managing the Order Lifecycle Process.
• Strong knowledge of business processes, particularly in the area of Order to Cash.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal functions and external stakeholders.
• Ability to track and optimize the timely completion of tasks and obligations.
• Experience in continuous process improvement and implementing best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
