Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with over 5 years of expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Oracle, SQL, and ETL processes, with a proven track record of working on data analytics projects. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering data visualization solutions using Power BI, while ensuring data accuracy and quality. The candidate should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to transform complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

Power BI Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

- Implement advanced Power BI functionalities like DAX measures, calculated columns, and data modeling.

- Ensure seamless integration of Power BI with various data sources, including Oracle and SQL databases.

Data Analytics and Insights :

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable data insights.

- Perform data analysis and build visualizations to support decision-making processes.

- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in complex data sets to provide valuable insights.

ETL and Data Integration :

- Build and manage ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into data warehouses.

- Optimize ETL processes for efficiency and performance.

- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure high data quality and reliability.

Collaboration and Support :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and analysts, to understand data requirements.

- Provide support for Power BI solutions, including troubleshooting and optimizing performance.

- Train and mentor junior team members on Power BI best practices and standards.

Qualifications and Skills :

Mandatory Skills :

- Power BI : Strong expertise in building dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

- Oracle and SQL : Advanced knowledge of Oracle databases, SQL scripting, and query optimization.

- ETL Processes: Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data integration processes.

- Data Analytics Projects : Proven experience in delivering end-to-end analytics solutions.

- Data Modeling : Strong knowledge of data modeling concepts and best practices.

Desired Skills :

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) for data analytics.

- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or R for advanced analytics.
