As a lead consultant, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, designing and implementing solutions, and providing technical guidance to team members.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all SAP related queries, providing technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide estimates for project delivery.
• Provide functional and technical leadership to team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, configurations and project timelines.
• Conduct reviews, identify areas of improvement, and implement solutions to enhance the performance and scalability of SAP applications.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must to Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA skills of JRSS, Collaboration skills, Experience of working in Agile development process, Demonstrated communication skills in a customer-facing environment.
• Good to Have Skills: Technical knowledge and collaboration with technical development team.
• Nice to Have: Spanish language skills.
• Additional Information:
