Responsibilities

Financial analysis: Prepare and present financial statements, and analyze financial results

Budgeting: Develop budgets and forecasts to predict future financial performance

Auditing: Examine financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations

Account reconciliation: Reconcile financial documents to resolve discrepancies and irregularities

Payroll: Calculate and record payroll adjustments, including overtime, commissions, and bonuses

General ledger maintenance: Maintain the general ledger and support other accountants in their daily tasks

Report preparation: Prepare reports and tax returns

Financial forecasting: Analyze financial results to predict future financial performance

Risk analysis: Analyze financial results to identify areas of opportunity for improvement

Compliance: Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations
