Responsibilities:Provide support to the manager in the day-to-day operation of the department or business unitLead and motivate a team of employees to achieve organizational goalsManage budgets and resources, and ensure the efficient use of resources to meet departmental and organizational objectivesDevelop and implement strategies to improve performance and productivityAnalyze and report on key performance metrics, and recommend changes to improve performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of the departmentProvide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, and support their professional developmentRequirements:Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a teamExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
