Role & responsibilities

A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● To handle and guide internal team, and recruit team of agents as per the corporate
strategy
● Good knowledge of General Insurance
● Recruitment of agents, training and business generation through them.ESo ensure and
maintain levels of productivity as prescribed
● To focus on the development of various business segments as per the sales strategy
● To train IAs with the help of training team
● To uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with all internal as well as external
regulations

B. MEASURE OF SUCCESS
● Achievement of sales targets and others parameters
● Retention
● Team Management

Preferred candidate profile

C. QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
● Any Graduate or Post Graduate (Marketing & Sales)
● 2-10 Years of Experience in Genaral Insurance
● Team handling role would be desired

D. SKILLS REQUIRED
● Sound Knowledge of IRDA regulations
● Good Communication Skills
● Good team building skills
● Good knowledge of underwriting and operation processes
● Training and motivation capacity
