Role Overview

We are looking for a Director Account Management & Business Development who will be responsible for managing key accounts, strengthening client relationships, and driving business growth through new opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong pitching, presentation, and business development skills to expand our client base and explore new revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Growth

Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.

Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to provide strategic marketing and communication solutions.

Drive revenue growth within existing accounts by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

New Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in healthcare, pharma, and medical communication sectors.

Research industry trends, competitor activities, and client pain points to tailor business proposals.

Pitching & Presentation

Lead the development and delivery of compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches for potential clients.

Preferred candidate profile

8+ years in Account Management, Business Development, or Client Servicing in Healthcare Advertising, Health Tech or Medical Communication
