Job Description
Poddar Pharmaceuticals is looking for Plant Supervisor to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Managing the production processes, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
- Overseeing the plant workforce, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees
- Developing and implementing production plans and procedures to ensure that production targets are met
- Ensuring that the plant is compliant with all relevant health and safety regulations, and that employees are trained and equipped to work safely
- Managing the plant's inventory, including raw materials, finished products, and supplies
- Coordinating with other departments, such as production planning, engineering, and quality control, to ensure that production processes are optimized
- Monitoring plant performance and identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as required
- Ensuring that plant equipment is properly maintained and serviced, and that maintenance schedules are followed
- Developing and implementing plant budgets, and monitoring expenses to ensure that they are within budget
- Communicating with senior management on plant performance and issues and providing regular reports on production metrics and key performance indicators
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees and external stakeholders
Qualification : Bsc/B.Pharma
