Officer - Human Resources

Role & responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Coordinate employee benefits programs such as health insurance and retirement plans
• Manage employee data and ensure accuracy in HR systems
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Conduct performance management processes, including performance reviews and feedback sessions
• Support employee relations by investigating and resolving employee complaints and conflicts
• Organize and participate in employee training and development programs
• Assist in the coordination of employee recognition and engagement initiatives
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations
