Microstrategy Engineer - Business Intelligence (5-10 yrs)

Job Title : MicroStrategy Engineer

Location : Pune

Job Summary :

As a MicroStrategy Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence (BI) solutions using MicroStrategy. You will work closely with data analysts, business users, and other technical teams to create impactful reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.

Skills Required :

- 5+ years experience in data and reporting technologies

- knowledge and hands on experience in platforms and tools like microstrategy and other reporting tools

- MicroStrategy skills; development of reports, cubes, performance improvements

- Role includes requirement gathering and completing end-to-end projects

- Leveraging cloud-native technologies to build and deploy data pipelines

- Implementation of microstrategy on cloud/azure

- Need working knowledge of linux, oracle, hive, impala

- Postgress is a plus, but not mandatory

- Banking domain expertise is a plus as well, but not mandatory

- Administration skills are a plus

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and maintain the MicroStrategy environment (server, web, and mobile platforms).

- Manage user access, security settings, and ensure platform scalability and performance.

- Design and develop interactive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using MicroStrategy.

- Integrate data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, flat files, etc.) into MicroStrategy reports and dashboards.

- Work closely with IT, data engineers, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions.

- Lead BI project initiatives from inception to deployment, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
