Role & responsibilities

The Senior Quality Control (QC) Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes within the manufacturing facility. This role involves ensuring that all products meet the company's quality standards and comply with industry regulations. The Senior QC Engineer will lead a team of quality control technicians, work closely with production teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of quality control processes, standards, and regulatory requirements in manufacturing.
• Expertise in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis and quality control software.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
