Senior MERN Stack Developer

We are looking for a Senior MERN Stack Developer who can take a leading role in designing, building, and maintaining web applications using the MERN (MongoDB Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, be familiar with modern development practices, and have experience working in an Agile environment. The Senior MERN Stack Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and efficient solutions that meet our clients' requirements.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers and UI/UX designers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design and develop high-quality and scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
Write clean, modular, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js and associated libraries.
Develop and maintain server-side APIs and implement business logic using Node.js and Express.js.
Collaborate with the database team to design and optimize database structures using MongoDB.
Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment and continuous integration.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in web development technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Senior MERN Stack Developer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
Experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with modern front-end tools and libraries such as Redux, Webpack, and Babel.
Demonstrated ability to develop scalable and efficient web applications.
Experience with Git and version control workflows (e.g., GitFlow).
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
