UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team at Plutonapps. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging user experiences for our clients across various platforms. You will work closely with our development and product teams to create intuitive, easy-to-use designs that meet our clients? needs.
Responsibilities:
Conduct user research and create user personas
Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for various platforms (web, mobile, etc.)
Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation
Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
Create design specifications and guidelines for developers
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX design or a astonishing portfolio
Proficient with design and prototyping tools (e.g. Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, etc.)
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Portfolio showcasing a range of design work centered around different web and mobile applications
