Roles and Responsibilities:-

Design and develop scalable test automation frameworks that guarantee the quality of our web, mobile, and API applications

Collaborate with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to understand requirements and build test strategies that reflect our commitment to delivering a world-class product

Identify, report, and track defects to resolution, ensuring that our platform is bug-free and performs seamlessly for all users

Actively participate in code reviews and quality checks, helping to maintain our high standards and support the development of the team

Champion continuous integration and automation testing as integral parts of the development process

Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices

Contribute to performance and load testing to ensure system stability at scale as we continue to grow and serve more users

Experience and Qualifications:-

3-6 years in software testing, development, or automation with a track record of building scalable test frameworks

Proficiency in Java and Python, with experience using testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, and RestAssured

Expertise in building and maintaining test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and APIs

Hands-on experience with continuous integration pipelines and testing strategies that ensure seamless deployments

Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and solving system issues

A team player with strong communication skills, who thrives in an Agile, cross-functional environment

A passion for delivering high-quality, secure, and performant software solutions

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

A background in healthcare or insurance technology is a plus
