Senior Technician

will be responsible for basic administration and HANDLING troubleshooting ESCALATIONS of the company's IT systems and infrastructure. You will provide support for various systems troubleshooting escalations, including Office 365, SentinelOne, Exclaimer Cloud, online archiving, Azure VM management, hardware, and network connectivity. This role is ideal for someone with foundational knowledge of IT systems and a desire to learn and grow within a technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Office 365: Provide access and usage support, including user management and troubleshooting.
• SentinelOne: Basic protection troubleshooting and ensuring endpoint security.
• Exclaimer Cloud: Assist in setting up email signatures for users and groups.
• Online Archiving: Provide access and usage support, including responding to archiving requests.
• Power Automate: Assist with basic setup and resolve user-related issues.
• Software Updates: Troubleshoot basic installation and update issues for software applications.
• Hardware Troubleshooting: Handle basic hardware troubleshooting and repairs.
• Network-Related Issues: Resolve basic connectivity issues within the network.
• Azure Tenant: Assist with basic VM management, including monitoring and user access.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in system administration, IT support, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with Office 365, SentinelOne, Exclaimer Cloud, and basic network management.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for software, hardware, and networking issues.
• Understanding of cloud environments (Azure) and virtual machines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
