Plm Developer

Role & responsibilities

This position is for PLM Lead with knowledge of any PLM Application like Windchill, Aras, Team Centre etc.

• Knowledge in any programming language, especially Python.
• Understand customer requirements and configure the PLM application accordingly.
• Implement logical sequences and workflows.
• Writing clean, maintainable code based on specifications and requirements. This often includes working with existing codebases.
• Identifying and fixing bugs or issues in the application.
• Working closely with peers.
• Continuously improving technical skills through self-study, courses.
• Writing and executing unit tests or participating in other testing processes to ensure software quality.
• Should have exposure to Agile project management

Preferred candidate profile

Should develop, implement, and maintain PLM systems that manage a products lifecycle as per specifications.

• Configure workflows, data models, and access control to align with organizational processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and IT, to optimize PLM usage.
• Good communication skills and presentation ability.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
