Roles and Responsibilities:

- With 5 to10 years of experience, the candidate should demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce.com business development, IT staffing sales (including Salesforce.com and other areas), business development strategies, IT talent deployment, lead generation, converting potential leads into clients, contract staffing, staffing sales, client acquisition, and staff augmentation.

- Previous experience should include leadership in software sales, successfully establishing business clients and generating revenue from the ground up, spanning international markets such as the USA, India, and Europe.

- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial work environment Improve our sales process with a focus on key international markets and domestic markets.

- Analyse markets to obtain latest trends, customer needs, competitors' position, and depth of customer base to re-design marketing strategy for enhanced revenue and profit generation.

- Exposure of generating business up to One Million USD of business.

- Expertise in proposal Preparation, company profile preparation and expertise in excel and PowerPoint presentation.

- Building and growing SFDC practice as per target and future market focus.

- Participate actively in the recruiting process for other consultants.
