Responsibilities:

• This position shall be working on secretarial aspects including drafting, compliances, record keeping, etc.
• In addition, would be working on the compliance operation and labour laws compliances.
• The candidate is also required to be abreast of regulatory updates.

Requirements:

• 5-6 years of experience in secretarial
• Qualified / Semi- qualified CS with 5-6 years of experience.
• Experience should cover Secretarial, FEMA compliances, etc.
• Preference to experience with PCS firm

Other Skills:

• The individual should be detail oriented with through knowledge on law. He/ She must have good attention to detail, accuracy in output and high standards in deliverables.
• Self-motivated individual with excellent analytical and interpretation skills.
• Command on language and clarity in concepts.
• Attitude of taking ownership of tasks and assignment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
