Job Description:

Content Creation and Strategy

•  Create a cohesive social media content strategy to drive engagement, build community, and promote products and services across platforms.
•  Stay on top of trends and perform market research on social media.
•  Develop and write high-quality social media content that aligns with the company's brand voice, target audience, and marketing objectives.
•  Break down pillar content and create posts for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
•  Engaging posts for video streaming, product demo videos, event announcements, and other promotions.
•  Collaborate with designers and video producers to ensure visuals and multimedia content complement your copy, creating a holistic social experience.
•  Analyze social media data to measure content performance and make informed recommendations for optimizing future posts.
•  Work closely with SEO and content teams to ensure social media posts support the companys search engine optimization efforts by incorporating relevant keywords and links.
•  Experiment with new content formats and social media features (e.g., Reels, live streaming, or audio rooms) to keep the brand's social media presence fresh and innovative.

Prerequisites:

•  Demonstrated experience in growing social media followership with content strategy for B2B companies.
•  Ability to create all forms of content based on the platform and work with the SMEs to align on the overall strategy.

Additional skills preferred:

•  Knowledge of tools such as Publer, Hootsuite, and Buffer to schedule and manage social media calendars.
•  Catch on trends and create topical content that will engage internal employees on Instagram as well.
