Hiring HR Executive (IT Recruitment + HR Operations)

Job description

1. Responsible for handling in house IT requirements
2. Responsible for full recruitment cycle: Headhunting, Sourcing, Screening, Telephonic interview,
3. Line up and follow up with candidates.
4. Sourcing from Job Portals and making job postings on the Job Portal.
5. Create detailed job descriptions
6. Review and understand technical job requirements
7. Collecting required documents from selected candidates for the smooth joining process.
8. Daily follow-up & Maintenance of the Employee Records and Systems (Attendance).
9. Good Knowledge of front desk, vendor management and Accounts (Petty Cash & vouchers).
10. Should be open to new learning and challenges

Required Candidate profile

1. Looking for candidates with IT staffing experience.

2. Should have knowledge in technical hiring (Java Developer, Full Stack Developer, (Dot Net QA).

3. Seeking candidates with 1-3 years of experience in the IT industry.

4. Should have excellent communication skills

6. Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.

6. Must be proactive & self-driven.

7. Immediate joiners are preferred.

8. Should be BTECH, MCA, BCA graduate or MBA with HR specialization
