Job Description

1.The Planning Engineer is part of construction supervision team of the Engineer and reports to the Project Manager administratively & Project Head functionally.
2.He / She will be responsible for overall schedule coordination and schedule management of the construction package, complex schedule analysis and oversight of Contractors planning function.
Job Description:

  • Monitoring, Planning and scheduling of time bound project with activity breakups.
  • Verify Project Schedule as per timelines.
  • Knowledge and experience in planning, budgeting and monitoring
  • Prepare list of all the materials and labours require executing work at site, activity wise.
  • Hands on experience in using planning software MS Project
  • Preparation of schedule and tracking the same
  • Delay analysis & Planning for materials at site
  • Coordination with different departments

Job Specification:

  • B. Tech or BE, Proficiency in MS office/ MS project software.
  • Strong Communication Skills, Grasping Power Reasoning Ability.
  • Sense of Responsibility, Optimism, Patience Ability to Work in Team.
  • Decision Making, Time Management and Self-motivation
  • Aggressive, Confident and Ability to Work under Pressure.
