Act as key link between Sales team, Customer Service, Logistics, Global Demand Analyst in satisfying internal and external customer requirements
KPIs - Inventory turns, OTIF, SMOG, Service Level, and Days of Stock.
Organizing Sales & Operations (S&OP) meeting to finalize master plan every month.
Daily review and optimization of planning schedules taking into account operational and material changes along with business requirement/needs
Taking quarterly forecast from sales team for various sales zones across India.
A point of contact in the customer service and logistics (CS&L) organization towards production plants (supply planning), Subcontractors and customer service regarding stock management. Also, a part of the DRP & demand planning team
Driving independent demand to pull and/or push the needed supply into the distribution network through the generation of a near term plan (usually 1-3 Months) in daily or weekly buckets.
Planning concurrently with master production scheduling (MPS), order fulfillment and supply action management processes to ensuring the effectiveness and accuracy of replenishment.
Amount of stock that should be replenished in order to keep stock levels at an acceptable level.
Responsible for new product planning.
Identify bottlenecks and work collaboratively with supply point and Sales team.
