Job Description

Candidate should have experience of 1 to 2 years and should have basic knowledge of Accounting and Bookkeeping.

We are an advertising agency based in Goregaon (west) with highly focused and recognized entity in the field of Visual Merchandising Branding Solution, Point of purchase, in-store set-ups, Large-format printing and event management.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Sales Invoices as per Quotation & PO.
  • Processes payments for invoice and payment follow-ups.
  • Making day to day entries in Tally software.
  • Keeping track of cash vouchers and employee reimbursements.
  • Petty cash handling.
  • Review And Process Expense Reports
  • Preparing cheques for vendors and utility bills.
  • Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
  • Assist in reconciling accounts and audits in a timely manner.
  • Maintain data in excel sheets and making reports.
  • Filling of documents in proper files.
  • Handling all back office work as and when assigned.
