Job Description
- Get self-acquainted with the products and our business model.
- Involve in physical work and requires the ability to lift substantial weight for getting plants from our nursery, arranging them in order and potting them on a daily basis.
- Take care of existing plants - regular watering, pruning, removing dead plant material from growing plants, fertilizing and pest control.
- Visit the Client site to understand the requirements and clearly make a note of all the points for the team to work on.
- Handle plant maintenance service at the Client place - Planting, trimming, spraying and fertilizing with the overall goal of maintaining attractive, healthy and orderly plants.
- Maintain a regular schedule of care among multiple Client sites.
- Responsible for recordkeeping, such as plant inventory, maintenance activities and other tasks where ever involved.
- Talking to customers about plants and plant care services, as required.
- Coordinate and communicate well with the internal team on day to day works and regular activities.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Intermediate / High School Diploma with basic data entry computer skills Knowledge about plants and maintenance would be an added advantage Able to drive car would be an added advantage
- Well-groomed and decent appearance
- Proactive in his/her approach
- Flexible with work timings (if needed)
