Job Description: 

We are seeking an experienced Front-End Lead with a strong background in React.js and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Magento, bringing a comprehensive skill set to lead our front-end development efforts and deliver exceptional user experiences. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Lead the development and maintenance of web applications using React.js and AEM. 

Oversee the integration of front-end components with AEM and Magento. 

Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, responsive web solutions. 

Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. 

Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and user experience. 

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. 

Troubleshoot and debug issues across various browsers and devices. 

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. 

Technical Skills: 

Extensive experience with React.js and its core principles. 

Proficiency in integrating React.js with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). 

Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks. 

Familiarity with Magento and its integration with front-end technologies. 

Experience with GraphQL & RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling. 

Understanding of version control systems, such as Git.
