Sales Coordinator Export - Printing/Packaging (2-6 yrs)

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in weekly/monthly planning aligned with orders.

2. Coordinate with sales, customers, and production for order execution.

3. Manage external/internal follow-ups for artwork approvals and dispatch details.

4. Assist in cost estimation and ensure accurate data in ERP.

5. Maintain all export-related documentation and ensure compliance.

6. Communicate delays and propose remedial actions to customers.

7. Support QA Leader in implementing effective quality processes.

8. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

- Graduate with a degree/diploma in printing/packaging or any graduate.

- 2+ years of experience in the packaging industry.

- Strong knowledge of export documentation and processes.

- Excellent knowledge of export procedures and documentation.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

- Strong organizational skills.

- Focused on client satisfaction and timely delivery.
