Job Description:

• Aggressively contact business and industries to develop partnership in placements.
• Generate employment opportunities for students and alumni by establishing and maintaining productive employer partnership.
• Meet HR of various organizations and maintain good relations with them to explore avenues for Placement / Internships.
• Manage Campus Events/Seminar/Workshops related to Placements.
  Groom students before placement session.
• Provide assistance in Training & placement cell along with facilitation of career counselling for students.

Key Skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills (Spoken & written)
• Willingness to travel as per professional requirements.
• Knowledge of Industry demographics and ability to access industry networks.
• Networking skills
• Training needs identification (TNI) and Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
• 24/7 availability for important assignments
