Business Managers @ Delhi/ Allahabad/ Patna, India

Our client is a leader in UPSC Online along with growing offline presence in 3 cities and soon expanding to 6 cities. They are known as a premium player in a higher order thinking segment for EdTech. Our client's parent group is India's leading EdTech group with presence across multiple product categories and is backed by very successful Global tech companies. They need to fill the following position asap.

Position : Business Managers

Education : UG/ Engg/ MBA

Experience : 2-5 years in growing an online/ offline business, preferably in EdTech domain

Location : Delhi/ Allahabad/ Patna

Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience

Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :

- Candidate must have experience of UPSC (either offline or online) out of overall 2-5 years of experience and offline experience should preferably be in Delhi, Allahabad, Lucknow, Patna or Jaipur.

- Candidate must be a highly motivated and experienced

- Business Development Manager to join our team in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.

- Candidate will develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the EdTech sector.


- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new business initiatives.


- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential areas for growth.

- Proven track record of success in business development within the EdTech industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills.


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills.


- A results-driven individual with a passion for EdTech and a proven track record of success in business development.
