Job Description

We seek a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to pitch tailored solutions that align with client needs and business goals.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, research, and target potential clients across industries.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Account Management & Client Relations

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Regularly update clients on project progress, campaigns, or deliverables.

Market Research & Strategy Development

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Provide insights to the leadership team to refine service offerings and strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align client pitches with industry best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in a creative, media, or technology-driven industry.
  • Strong understanding of branding, creative designing, social media, website development and digital marketing concepts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
