Organic Lead Generation: Use SEO techniques and content marketing to attract and nurture organic leads. Optimize existing content and create new opportunities for lead generation through blogs, landing pages, and other digital assets.
Content Publishing & Management: Produce high-quality content for various digital channels, including the website, social media and blogs. Maintain a consistent voice that reflects the academys mission and values.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow the academys presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), creating engaging posts and fostering interaction with prospective students and respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research and on-page/off-page SEO optimization to improve the academys organic search rankings. Analyze and adjust SEO strategies based on performance metrics and evolving best practices.
Google Ads Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, ensuring budget allocation, and improving key metrics such as CPC, CTR, and ROI. Provide recommendations for improvements and report on campaign performance.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, ROI, and lead quality. Use data insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to increase the academys visibility and attract prospective students. Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand objectives and target the right audience.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and email campaign reports. Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Lead Generation: Implement strategies to generate qualified leads for the academys programs. Utilize digital channels effectively to convert website visitors into prospective students.
Qualifications & Skills:
4 - 8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an educational institution or similar industry.
In-depth knowledge of SEO techniques, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building and techniques to boost organic traffic.
Proficient in managing Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and Remarketing. Experience in optimizing campaigns for lead generation and conversions.
Strong writing and content creation skills. Proven ability to publish and manage content across various digital platforms.
Good understanding of brand positioning and the ability to apply branding strategies in digital marketing campaigns.
Experience using Google Analytics, data analysis, and reporting tools to measure and improve performance.
Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proficient in using digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others to promote the academy’s programs and services.
Experience in managing social media accounts, crafting engaging posts, and growing an online community.
Strong ability to analyze campaign performance and generate insights for ongoing optimization.
