Mainly COC Sales . Customers visit / Communication with Principal / Regular follow up with Customers / Market feedback Roles and Responsibilities

After sales service ; Ability to analyse product mix and completion movement based on stats and market info ; capable of achieving result driven targets

Desired Candidate Profile

• Achieving the set target (KPI) / Allocation of the services arriving in Chennai weekly / monthly.
• Business Development - securing new customers on board, maintaining old customers regularly, and meeting their requirements.
• Should be in the market with a focus to achieve predefined sales targets and growth across our sectors.
• Sending Quotation, attending to all emails, and responding to the needs of customers within the stipulated time.
• Rate Negotiation with Trade / Client for business conversion.
• Maintaining customer satisfaction by sorting the issues by coordinating with supporting departments.
• Co-ordination with CS, Ops & Docs team for Hassle-Free Operations
• Filing RFA ( RATES) & quickly adapting to other necessary requirements of the system
• Reports: Sales activity report Weekly basis
• Assisting Manager by sending updated Market Intel / Reports on market updates/competition service for decision making / Improvising of new ideas/services.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Exel ) is a must.
