Job Title: Functional Consultant - D365 F&O Supply Chain & ERP

Location: Pune

Experience Range: 9 to 12 yrs

Under the guidance of Consultant II, work closely with client business and account leadership teams to align transformation programs with underlying technical solutions to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders at all levels to understand strategic imperatives and business needs.

• Support business unit managers in leveraging business architecture and product development artifacts.

• Provide input into governance cycles to achieve key business goals.

• Assist in problem definition and collaborate on consulting projects.

• Conduct assessments of business processes, organizational change, IT processes, and technology landscapes.

• Develop business and technical architecture strategies.

• Apply structured business architecture methodologies to capture key enterprise views.

• Define business functions, processes, and data relationships.

• Identify external entities interacting with the business and describe involved resources and controls.

• Measure transformational value delivered to customers.

• Support design and implementation efforts, ensuring adherence to best practices.

• Contribute to knowledge management and practice development.

• Engage in technology consulting and advisory roles.

• Collaborate with product vendors to leverage solutions effectively.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) .

• Experience in D365 Supply Chain Management & ERP .

• Functional consultancy experience in business process mapping and solution design .

• Ability to analyze and document business requirements and workflows .

• Proficiency in understanding and defining enterprise-wide data relationships .

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in ERP solutions.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with business intelligence tools and reporting .

• Prior experience in consulting engagements and technology advisory roles.

• Understanding of alliance management and vendor collaboration .
