Business Analyst - Secret management

• Requirements Capture & Analysis:
• Gather, analyze, and define Secrets Management use cases and business requirements.
• Collaborate with platform and application teams across Global Business and Global Functions to identify specific Secrets Management needs.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:
• Engage with key stakeholders across Identity and Access Management (IAM) , Architecture , Cybersecurity , Global Cloud Services , and Client Access Technologies to define tailored Secrets Management solutions.
• Liaise with regional and country-specific teams (including Highly Regulated Countries ) to capture unique regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Documentation & Delivery Oversight:
• Prepare comprehensive requirements documentation for review and approval by senior stakeholders.
• Act as a bridge between the program team and Global Business/Functions to ensure alignment with delivery and tooling adoption timelines.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Technical & Analytical Expertise:
• Proven experience in requirements gathering within technical environments (e. g. , DevOps , CI/CD pipelines , Jenkins , Cloud and on-premise platforms).
• Strong data analysis and process mapping capabilities to identify and document use cases effectively.
• Solid understanding of IAM/PAM solutions and cybersecurity controls.
• Project Management & Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Hands-on experience managing IAM/PAM migration projects.
• Ability to work with technical teams , cybersecurity experts , and operations to deliver complex solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence and engage at senior levels .

Desirable Skills:

• Industry-Specific Knowledge:
• Previous experience or knowledge of banking regulations .
• Prior experience in Secrets Management technologies and solutions.
• Project & Collaboration Tools:
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working with JIRA and Confluence .
• Experience collaborating with global and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in IAM/PAM , Cybersecurity , or Cloud technologies.
• Experience working in regulated environments with an understanding of compliance and governance frameworks.
