  Required skills and responsibilities: Develop and maintain a comprehensive Test Automation suite for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in CRM Test Automation and provide guidance on best practices, tools, and frameworks. Identify, assess, and implement third-party applications and tools to enhance and support the CRM systems functionality and performance. Perform in-depth testing of CRM applications, including configurations, customizations, and integrations. Lead and participate in analysis sessions with clients to define application requirements for new CRM testing initiatives and improvements. Collaborate with global teams to ensure quality assurance standards are met for Dynamics 365 CRM and associated Power Platform solutions. -Must have hands-on experience of atleast 2-3 years in leading QA team. - Must have at least 3 to 4 years of experience in Automation Testing role. - Should have a proficiency to effectively use test case management and defect tracking tools. Experience in Roll-Out and Training in CRM module is preferred. - Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly. - Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment. - Must be detail-oriented. Requirements Additional Skills: - Should have Good Communication and Articulation skills Should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Pre-requisites: Graduate in any discipline with IT related course. - Working Experience of 3 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
