Development Manager (C#, .Net + Azure Devops + Python)

• We are seeking an experienced Development Manager with expertise in .NET, C#, Azure DevOps (ADO), Python.
• This role involves hands-on coding and leading the development team with
• Training, ramp-up, and collaboration with other teams in US and Taiwan.
• The ideal candidate will ensure effective project planning, execution, foster innovation, and maintain high standards in software development while adhering to the deliverable timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• * Establish the project milestones, lead and guide the development team in coding and project execution, ensuring adherence to the best practices in software development.
• * Directly participate in project planning, daily/weekly reviews of code check-in, checkout, and maintaining a hands-on approach to software architecture along with design and quality assurance.
• * Address client concerns about products development, code quality and team performance.
• * Manage the key deliverables, project timelines ensuring effective collaboration and communication with remote teams in US and Taiwan.
• * Coordinate with team members and drive the training programs and ramp-up plans for new joiners, ensuring a seamless integration into the team.
• * Use Azure DevOps to design, implement, and manage the CI/CD pipelines.
• * Oversee the infrastructure provisioning and deployments
• * Actively monitor and optimize the Azure environments to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
• * Use the top of industry trends and best practices for design-development, and other solutions in a comprehensive manner to boost operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• * 12+ years of experience in a software development management role with hands-on coding experience.
• * Proficiency in .NET, C#, Azure DevOps, and Python.
• * Proven ability in leading and managing a development team with a focus on mentorship and team development.
• * Expertise with cloud platform deployment and REST services.
• * Excellent in conflict resolution, prioritization, and critical thinking abilities.
