We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Developer join our Data Team. This candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex data to drive informed decision-making and support the development of our data strategy. This position requires a strong background in key technologies including Azure, ADF (Azure Data Factory), Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server and Oracle to name a few. Major Responsibilities Develop and implement solutions in our key data platform products (Azure, Fabric, SQL Server and Oracle) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, driving best practices for our solutions and supporting the business needs while providing data-driven recommendations. Support the technologies to the agreed upon SLA and business needs. Create and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support the efficient processing and analysis of large datasets. Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and the automotive industry, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the EV division. Position Requirements: Education: Bachelor s Degree, master s degree, or regional equivalent education in a computer science, statistics, or a related field required. Experience: Proven experience as a IT professional, preferably in the automotive or related industry. Experience in technologies including database, ETL and reporting solutions and SQL. Experience with data engineering and BI reporting. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Language: English (fluency in reading, writing and speaking). Additional Skills: Excellent relationship management skills. Proficient analytical skills. Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users. Quick and accurate decision-making skills. Effective team player. Strong oral and written communications skills.
