We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager with a strong background in Delivery Management, People Management, and Stakeholder Management . The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in leading teams and delivering successful projects.

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
• Manage and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Engage with stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and internal teams, to align on project goals and expectations.
• Drive process improvements and ensure best practices in project execution.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.

• Delivery Management: Strong experience in managing multiple projects, ensuring quality, and driving success.
• People Management: Proven leadership in managing teams, performance evaluations, and team motivation.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelors/Master s degree in a relevant field.
• 12+ years of experience in IT/Software/Service Delivery Management.
