Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Software Engineer with a strong background in . NET to join our Product Engineering team. This role is for engineers who are passionate about programming and have a strong product mindset . As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality back-end services and applications that power customer-facing products, utilizing your deep expertise in . NET Core and AWS technologies.

You will work closely with Product Managers , Product Owners , and other Engineering team members to deliver scalable, reliable, and performant back-end solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in back-end development, AWS services, containerization, and deployment, as well as a strong commitment to building products that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Backends for customer-facing products using . NET Core , ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with Product Managers , Product Owners , QA teams , and other engineers to design and develop high-quality applications .
• Deploy and manage applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS) , leveraging services such as Lambda , API Gateway , ECS , S3 , AuroraDB , CloudWatch , and Cognito .
• Implement AWS best practices for security, performance, and scalability (using tools like IAM , VPC , AWS CLI , etc. ).
• Ensure that applications are deployed in AWS environments and use containerization strategies for CI/CD pipelines.
• Continuously improve backend services and participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and consistency.
• Work with modern back-end technologies and continually evaluate new tools and platforms to enhance development efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree in B. Tech/BE/BCA/MCA/Msc/Bsc.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer , specializing in backend development .
• Extensive experience with . NET Core , including frameworks such as Entity Framework and libraries like SignalR and MediatR .
• 4+ years of experience deploying and maintaining applications using AWS .
• Strong experience with containerization and Docker , particularly for packaging applications and deploying them in cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience working with SQL databases or NoSQL databases .
• Experience in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, debugging capabilities, and ability to perform root cause analysis .
• Good communication skills , with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
