As a Sales Support Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving customer acquisition and retention for our B2B payments application. You will play a pivotal role in supporting sales by providing exceptional assistance to users and prospects.
What you will do :
Collaborate with the Ops team to identify and engage potential customers, understanding their unique payment needs and challenges.
Provide pre-sales support, addressing inquiries about the B2B payments application and guiding prospects through the features and benefits of our product.
Assist users with post-sales onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and helping them maximize the applications capabilities.
Proactively follow up with leads and prospects, nurturing them throughout the sales process and converting them into satisfied customers.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates to effectively position our B2B payments application in the market.
What you will need:
Proven experience in sales support, customer support, or a related role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada/ Marathi/ Gujarati fluency is a good-to-have) , with the ability to engage clients and articulate the value of our Product. Knowledge of any other Indian languages is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
Prior sales experience in Fintech/Financial services will be a plus.
