Role & responsibilities

1. Develop detailed lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
2. Teach physics concepts, theories, and practical applications in an engaging and understandable manner.
3. Conduct and supervise lab experiments to help students connect theoretical knowledge with practical applications.
4. Incorporate technology, such as simulations, models, and online tools, to enhance learning experiences.
5. Develop or adapt the physics curriculum to meet the needs of students and comply with institutional and national education guidelines.
6. Incorporate cross-disciplinary approaches to show the relevance of physics in fields like biology, chemistry, and engineering.
7. Encourage curiosity and a passion for learning physics through creative and interactive methods.
8. Provide additional assistance to students who may struggle with complex physics concepts.
9. Foster analytical and critical thinking skills by encouraging students to question and explore.
10. Prepare tests, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate students' understanding and progress.
11. Offer constructive feedback to students to help them improve their performance.
12. Ensure safety protocols are followed during lab sessions.
13. Maintain lab equipment and keep it in working condition.
14. Supervise and mentor students in their science fair projects, research work, or group activities.
15. Keep up with advancements in the field of physics and educational methodologies.
16. Attend professional development programs to improve teaching skills.
17. Communicate with parents to discuss students' academic performance and behavior.
