Job Description

Minimum Qualification

SSC or above
Certified course in Architectural Draftsmanship
Certified courses in Architectural related softwares i.e. AutoCAD, Sketch- up, Photoshop, Revit etc

Minimum Experience

3 -5 years of experience

Knowledge of architecture and design software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-up etc.)

Overall Purpose/Objective Of the job

Responsible for preparing detailed drawings and area statements for various purposes required by the Leasing team. To assist in site measurements. Responsible for preparing detailed drawings for various purposes required by the mall team.

Key Responsibilities

(List major responsibilities, that you have, to achieve the key objectives)

Prepare the zoning plan basis the plan given by Architect team and inputs of Leasing team
Interact with Leasing team in order to manage the modification/s to be made to the retail units such as redesign of lay-out, change in area etc.
Prepare working drawings for certain section/ areas of the project/s using computer-aided design (e.g. AutoCAD) or any other design software
Responsible for assisting in site measurements
