PPC Executive/ Store Executive (Pune)

Role & responsibilities

The PPC & Store Engineer / Executive is responsible for managing production related activities to ensure efficient manufacturing and timely accomplishment of production. This includes creating and monitoring production schedules, resolving issues, and ensuring quality standards. The role involves managing and completion of production in the ERP system, track availability of parts as per requirement and adherence to ERP system dimensions

• Develop and implement production schedules and plans based on planning, demand forecasts, and inventory levels.
• Create and process production orders in the ERP system, ensuring all necessary information and materials are available.
• Track production progress, identify bottlenecks, and generate reports on production performance and efficiency.
• Understanding of system vs. physical BOM, Parts Master data to ensure accurate production configurations and inventory control.
• Address and resolve production issues, such as delays, material shortages, and quality problems.
• Receiving, Storage & Preservation and Delivery of parts as per plan.
• Timely picking of parts as per production requirement, prepare a kit and deliver it to production ensuring OTIF deliveries.
• Receiving of parts, verification and timely invoice process for GRN to update stock levels in inventory.
• Ensure optimal use of warehouse space and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Close coordination with PPC, Purchase and Production teams to ensure timely delivery of parts as per plan.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with internal stakeholders to ensure prompt and efficient fulfillment of orders.
• Conduct periodic audits and assessments to ensure ongoing performance standards are met.
• Maintain detailed records of system transactions, requisitions and user communications.
• Ensure compliance must be adhered within internal policies and external regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Ensure no variance in stocks with timely reconciliation of parts, hands on experience in Stock Transfer Note and Delivery Challans in ERP system.
