• Position: - Production Chemist

Current certifications include ISO9001:2015, ISO22000:2018, NSF-GMP with Kosher and Halal and USDA/APEDA organic certifications for products.Job Overview: -A production chemist is responsible for overall production activity along with safety, health, and environment precautions.Responsibilities and Duties: -

• Responsible for complete production activity during the shift.
• To ensure all the machines should be intact and operational with the help of maintenance.
• To ensure the Operation & Cleaning of Equipment used in the process area.
• Monitoring of Process
• Responsible to inform production manager if there is any problem with the equipment as process is going on.
• Responsible for maintaining the daily logs book of the process.
• Responsible to Fill the BMR & other activity related to process records.
• To coordinate with shift in-charge during the extraction and powder process.
• Responsible for coordinating with operators in the operation of the process.
• Imparting training to the operators as and when required.
• Responsible to improve solvent Recovered
• Responsible to supervise of your Team while working during shifts.
• BMR / BPR filing during process area.
• Production Planning.
• Equipment handling
• In absence of production Manager/ Shift in charge Available Chemist as per shift, will be solely responsible as well as ensure about the safe working condition, safe operation of Equipments into your work area / department.
• In absence of production Manager/shift in charge Available Chemist will be solely responsible, in case of any incident due to any negligence found in your shift.
• Maintain Finish goods inward and outward register.
• Any other responsibility, if assigned by DIC and management.

Qualifications: -

• Education level: - B.Sc. in Chemistry/M.Sc. in Chemistry/B.Pharm/M.Pharm
• Experience: - 0 to 2 yrs.
