Roles & Responsibilities
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Dispensing and compounding medications according to prescriptions
- Monitoring patient medication therapy for effectiveness and potential adverse effects
- Providing drug information and counseling to patients and healthcare professionals
- Collaborating with physicians and nurses to ensure proper medication management for patients
- Maintaining accurate patient medication records and inventory of medications
- Participating in ongoing education and training to stay updated on new medications and safety regulations

What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
- Active Pharmacy license in the state of employment
- Strong knowledge of medication therapy and drug interactions
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
